Wedding Coordination
Investment: starts at $2,800Traditional Day-Of Coordination with Support Beginning Six Weeks Prior
Our Coordination Package is ideal for couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding and are looking for a trusted professional to step in and execute the day seamlessly.
At the six-week mark, your coordinator takes over vendor communication, confirms final details, and begins building a comprehensive day-of timeline to ensure a smooth and well-paced wedding day. From rehearsal through the wedding day, your coordinator will be on-site to manage vendors, oversee formalities, and provide calm, hands-on support throughout your ceremony and reception.
Décor support within this package is limited to day-of styling oversight only. This includes items such as gift and card tables, memorial displays, cake tables, and confirming that chairs and place settings provided by the venue are correctly placed. Décor planning, design, and full setup are not included.

Description My MIL: “Hiring Laura was the best choice you made.” Laura and her team are so good that my MIL may have even been including my choice of husband/her son among the choices she was evaluating. Having a wedding coordinator like Laura (and her assistant, Morgan) felt almost too good to be true, but it wasn’t! I think one of my favorite things is that she facilitated communication with some of my vendors who were not the best at organization and communication. The At Ease team is genuinely no-nonsense (but NOT mean or bossy like some people who would describe themselves as such). At the same time, they clearly have a lot of passion for what they do. You will NOT regret hiring them. I regret that I don’t have something else to hire them for!
