Laura founded At Ease Events with a background in live events, entertainment, hospitality and event operations. She brings a production-minded approach to wedding planning, with a particular love for complicated logistics, unconventional celebrations and making the impossible look suspiciously easy.

Morgan
Morgan loves all things weddings, but her favorite part of the job is watching a couple's vision come together in real time. From the little details to the big moments, she brings a thoughtful eye and a genuine excitement for making wedding days feel personal and intentional.
When she's not coordinating weddings, you'll probably find Morgan shopping, spending time with family, or planning her next excuse to do both.
Lead Coordinator
Beth's love for weddings became official after her own wedding in May 2025, but her background in a variety of events quickly showed her that intimate celebrations were where she really belonged. She has a particular appreciation for weddings that feel personal, intentional and a little outside the traditional mold.
By day, Beth works for a local municipality. By night, she's likely curled up with a spooky movie or getting lost in the pages of Rock N Roll Bride.

Sierra is a passionate foodie, traveler and emerging force in the wedding and events world. She brings creativity, enthusiasm and a genuine love of bringing big ideas to life, with a particular eye for the details that make an event feel memorable.
When she's not helping create unforgettable celebrations, Sierra is designing cakes or spending time with her dog. She's always excited for the next event, the next adventure and the opportunity to help couples create a day that feels completely their own.
