  • Elopement Vignettes are designed for intimate ceremonies. Guest counts are intentionally limited and vary by venue, typically accommodating the couple and a small group of guests. If you’re planning a larger guest list, a vignette may not be the best fit.

  • Elopement Vignettes are curated experiences. Design elements, vendors, and flow are intentionally selected to maintain cohesion. Minor personalization may be accommodated, but full customization is not available.

  • Not exactly. Elopement Vignettes are more streamlined than micro-weddings and more elevated than courthouse ceremonies. They’re ideal for couples who want meaning without managing logistics.

  • Each Elopement Vignette date includes a limited number of ceremony time slots, determined by venue flow, seasonal lighting, and overall experience design. Once those time slots are filled, the vignette closes.

    We encourage you to join the waitlist, as time slots are first come, first served. Additional availability is rare but may open due to schedule shifts or production adjustments.

  • Elopement Vignettes are offered only on the listed dates. If flexibility is important to you, we’re happy to discuss alternative planning options outside of the vignette collection.

  • Ceremonies are scheduled on the hour, beginning as early as 10:00am and continuing through sunset. Ceremony timing is curated based on season, lighting conditions, and venue logistics.

  • No additional planner is needed. All planning, vendor selection, and experience design have been thoughtfully handled on your behalf by At Ease Events. Day-of coordination is also executed by our team to ensure a seamless, well-paced ceremony.

  • Elopement Vignettes are intentionally structured. If you’re looking for a fully custom experience, a traditional elopement or intimate wedding package may be a better fit.

  • Elopement Vignettes are released in limited quantities. To be considered for a specific date or time slot, submit an inquiry through this page to join the waitlist.
