At Ease reviews what you've already planned, confirms the remaining details, communicates with your vendors, finalizes the timeline and logistics, and prepares your wedding for a smooth execution.

Partial Planning is designed for couples who are still actively planning and want 10 flexible planning hours to use where they need professional guidance.
Wedding Management is for couples who have already done most of the planning and want At Ease to step in three months before the wedding to review, finalize, confirm and prepare the existing plan.

Wedding Management begins three months before your wedding and includes comprehensive wedding-day coordination and execution. In addition to finalizing your plans, confirming vendors, building the timeline and preparing the logistics, our team provides full-service day-of coordination and day-of styling. That means we're not only making sure the timeline runs smoothly, but also helping bring the physical details of your wedding together on site.
Wedding Coordination is designed for couples who have fully planned their wedding and primarily need someone to coordinate the existing plan. Day-of décor assistance is intentionally lighter and focused on key personal details, such as an in-memory table, cake table, guest book, card box or other small detail areas.

Wedding day is where all of the planning, logistics and details come together.
Your At Ease team handles full-service day-of coordination, including managing the timeline, directing vendors, coordinating transitions, communicating with key people, troubleshooting unexpected issues and keeping the day moving according to plan.
Management also includes day-of styling and décor setup within the agreed scope. We'll help bring your planned details to life on site, from placing décor and personal details to setting up designated tables and ensuring the finished spaces reflect the plans you've created.
That can include items such as ceremony details, reception décor, signage, guest tables, specialty tables and other styling elements outlined in your planning scope.
Our goal is for you to walk into your wedding and see the finished celebration, not the work required to create it.
