Frequently Asked Questions

  • Elopement Vignettes are designed for intimate ceremonies. Guest counts are intentionally limited and vary by venue, typically accommodating the couple and a small group of guests. If you’re planning a larger guest list, a vignette may not be the best fit.

  • Valentine’s Vignettes are curated experiences. Design elements, vendors, and flow are intentionally selected to maintain cohesion. Minor personalization may be accommodated, but full customization is not available.

  • Ceremonies are scheduled on the hour, beginning as early as 10:00am and continuing through sunset. Ceremony timing is curated based on season, lighting conditions, and venue logistics.

  • No additional planner is needed. All planning, vendor selection, and experience design have been thoughtfully handled on your behalf by At Ease Events. Day-of coordination is also executed by our team to ensure a seamless, well-paced ceremony.

  • Valentine’s Vignettes are intentionally structured. If you’re looking for a fully custom experience, a traditional elopement or intimate wedding package may be a better fit.
